PM issues warning over non-compliance of Pakistan citizen portal

Apparently, it filled the crowd with utter satisfaction. Because, traditionally a problem of misconduct by government officials is rusting our country since its advent. Pakistan citizen portal provided a hope to many suppressed people who remained a victim of misbehavior from government officials. Unfortunately, the difference still remains in actual implementation. Prime Minister Office (PMO) scrutinized the current situation. And concluded that complaints were inclined without proper inquiry, satisfactory reply, and documentary evidence. Along with that, the PMO stated that departments took “unnecessary time” in giving reaction to complaints and the verdict to resolve complaints was taken by “unconcerned officials”. In order to tackle this situation, PM issued a letter to federal as well as provincial departments and ministries. In that letter some new planning was told. A five-member committee will be led by a GPS 20 officer or a joint secretary. It will be followed by assessment and evaluation of the deployed officers. Afterwards, a report will be submitted to PMO. check out? PM Launches 'Pakistan Citizen Portal' to address Public Complaints Furthermore, the committees will examine misbehavior and poor conduct in reports on the portal for both resolved and pending complaints. It will also indicate those who made bad performance. And also highlight the ones with good performance. Pakistan citizen portal is a ray of hope for all mediocre people living in Pakistan. Similar surveillance measures  like this notice issued by PM must be taken. This is the only way for it to truly function affectively. And ultimately lead the life of many in dignity.
